Helping growing service businesses simplify their marketing.
Strategy and hands-on delivery from one marketing partner. No agency layers, no strategy deck left in a drawer. Marketing that finally joins up.
The problem
You’ve built a business that works. The marketing grew up alongside it.
There’s a website, some email, a LinkedIn page, maybe a folder of half-finished plans. Each piece made sense when it was added. Nothing was ever designed to work together, and marketing has become the thing you think about at 9pm and move to next week.
Most growing businesses I meet don’t have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem. The pieces exist. The structure doesn’t.
How I help
Part strategist, part builder. Inside your business rather than alongside it.
I work as a marketing partner. That means working out what actually matters (usually two or three things, rarely ten), putting them in order, and then doing the work. We decide what matters, then I build it. Strategy and implementation aren’t separate phases with a handover in between. They’re the same job, done by the same person, who is still here next month.
Before this, my career split across government, corporate leadership and creative studios, including years as an EA to government ministers and CEOs, and years working in creative studios on projects big and small. The government and CEO years taught me structure: how good leadership actually runs a business from the inside, and what quietly moves things forward versus what just looks like progress. The creative studios taught me the other half: what makes an audience actually connect with something, and why some projects land and others don’t.
Client words
Hannah takes time to learn about and get a feel for your brand. She instantly understood, intuitively, what messages I wanted to convey. Incredibly approachable and warm, and I would recommend her highly.Maria, founder of Herstorical Tours, London
The branding doesn’t feel as though it’s been influenced by an algorithm or a feed. It feels evergreen while still feeling current. There’s a human touch to it that people will really appreciate.Client feedback, shared with permission
She took the initiative to create something based on what she knew about the business and its goals.Client feedback, shared with permission
Highly personable and committed to you and your business, not only the task at hand.Client feedback, shared with permission
Exceptional initiative, persistence with follow-up, and highly organised.Client feedback, shared with permission
The bar I hold myself to: notice the thing nobody asked for.
Ways to work together
Three ways in. All of them hands-on.
Marketing Partnership
From £1,200 a month
A defined amount of strategic and implementation capacity each month, focused on the highest-impact priorities we agree together, with a planning call to set them.
Embedded Partnership
Typically £3,000+ a month
For businesses that want a marketing lead inside the team: weekly planning, cross-channel delivery, and ongoing strategic input alongside you and your people.
Strategic Projects
Priced individually
Rebrands, website rebuilds, funnel builds and other defined pieces of work, scoped and quoted separately.
Every retainer includes a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. Rather than delivering a fixed list of services, we focus our time on the highest-impact marketing priorities for your business. The exact work may evolve as your business evolves, but the monthly capacity and agreed priorities remain the same.
Investment
Most clients invest between £1,800 and £3,000 a month. Partnerships start from £1,200 a month.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about whether those numbers make sense for your stage. If they don’t, I’ll say so and point you somewhere more useful.
Case studies
The first one is being written now.
I’d rather leave this space quiet than fill it with invented results. The first full case study, with a real client and real numbers, is in progress. If you want to know what working together actually looks like in the meantime, ask me on a call and I’ll walk you through it.
About Hannah
I notice things. It’s a habit.
I’m Hannah. My career has moved between government, corporate leadership and creative studios: years as an EA to government ministers and CEOs, and years in creative studios on projects big and small. Different worlds, but the same habit ran through both. I notice things. I’m a curious person by nature, and I tend to absorb far more of a room, a business, a decision than I’m actually asked to.
That habit is the thread running through everything I do now. Still watching closely. Still curious about what’s actually going on underneath the surface of a business.
Now I do one job: helping a small number of growing service businesses simplify their marketing and build the systems that support it. We decide what matters, together. I build it.
I’m based just outside London and work with clients wherever they are.
Off the clock: a film camera, wherever the next trip is, and Barney, my red golden retriever and the best colleague I could ever ask for.
I use AI daily as a tool and never as a substitute for judgement. I work with a handful of clients properly rather than many at arm’s length. Both of those are on purpose.
